Aligned Fitness training methods are scientifically backed and implemented with your well-being at the forefront of every decision. DesignLed by the Sport Psychology team at the University of Toronto, Aligned helped deliver the Igniting Fitness Possibilities program - a fully inclusive program adaptable for any disability or level of behaviour i.e., autism spectrum disorder, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, etc.

 During this 12 week program, participants gained a deeper understanding of confidence, self-worth and broke the barrier of limitations. Innovative and unique program development for all abilities is always at the forefront of the Aligned approach.

UniquenessWhile with the All Abilities Program, my focus was on driving the importance of personalized and adapted exercise for each individual. Program delivery was catered to individuals of all disabilities and levels of behaviour ranging from autism spectrum disorder, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy and more. Inclusivity, adaptability and understanding drives Aligned Fitness coaching.
